Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse tasks including receiving, sorting, and staging merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move stock within the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock management using handheld scanning devices.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for clients.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required by the business schedule.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Baltimore, MD location.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
