Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for high performers.
