Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and organize stock to optimize warehouse flow.
- Load and unload freight trucks safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as required by the shift.
- Communicate effectively with the shift lead regarding daily targets and issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for 8-hour shifts.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oklahoma City location.
