Responsibilities
- Operate industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move materials and stock within the facility.
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping processes with 99.9% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and assist in cycle counts.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all packaged orders before they leave the dock.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
