Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, sort, pack, and ship products to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a secure workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and clutter-free to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact with the team.
- Reliability: A proven track record of being punctual and dependable.
