Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately process inbound and outbound inventory using our state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Picking & Packing: Execute efficient picking, packing, and labeling processes to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on shipments and identify any discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a climate-controlled facility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in data entry.
- Equipment Certification: Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one within 30 days.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
