Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and care to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently according to OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to strict safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and tight deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
