Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately prepare and package orders for shipment using industrial equipment and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper storage of goods and adherence to safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report findings immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and reporting any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional overtime during peak seasons.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
