Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and inventory using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient weekend operations
- Maintain strict safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Document warehouse activities with digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management software
- Reliable transportation to our San Antonio facility
