Are you seeking a flexible weekend opportunity in the heart of El Paso? Apex Logistics Solutions is currently accepting walk-in interviews for our high-volume weekend shift team. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our elite logistics department and contribute to our daily operations.
As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain remains seamless. This is an excellent opportunity for those who value efficiency, teamwork, and a dynamic work environment. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Efficiently process inbound and outbound orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using our WMS.
- Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets our high standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not always required for all roles.
