Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately fulfill customer orders using handheld scanners and picking carts.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts (reach trucks) and pallet jacks as required by certification.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must provide reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Documents: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
