Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and package customer orders according to specifications.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting daily cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided upon hire), and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
