Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse staff (15+ team members)
- Coordinate receiving, shipping, and inventory operations
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct team training and performance evaluations
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent
