About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand. You will interact with customers daily, answering questions, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for everyone in our Nashville and North Carolina locations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
