Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve account issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process transactions and maintain accurate client records
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rates)
- Collaborate with banking partners to resolve complex cases

Qualifications
