Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and accurately document patient information
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Support patients with daily living activities and emotional well-being
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments following infection control protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate patient care plans
- Transport patients safely within facility as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
