Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and support services in clinical settings
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Assist with patient mobility, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration

Qualifications
- Current California CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
