Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including mobility assistance and daily living support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in shift handovers and care planning meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification or medical assistant training preferred
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
