Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure including AWS and Azure environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Monitor system performance and resolve critical incidents
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience (3+ years)
- CompTIA Security+ or AWS/Azure certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client visits
