Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Assemble products with high attention to detail and precision to ensure quality standards.

- Monitor production output and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies, attendance requirements, and labor regulations.
- Perform basic inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
