Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, conveyors, or storage areas using forklifts or hand trucks.
- Monitor production lines to ensure quality standards are met and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment as directed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
