Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and medication assistance
- Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene for patients
- Document patient observations and care plans accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Transport patients safely between facilities and appointments
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience in clinical setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
