Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products to meet their needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store is visually appealing and fully stocked.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for all customers.
- Process returns, exchanges, and merchandise returns according to company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for cash handling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and reach overhead.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
