Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Document technical procedures and maintain a detailed knowledge base for the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new software solutions.
- Respond to help desk tickets within the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
