Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space through systematic stocking and cleaning routines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory movements and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for shift-based work
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
