Responsibilities
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with precision using scanners and pallet jacks
- Maintain organized inventory records through digital tracking systems
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
