Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect incoming/outgoing products for quality assurance
- Maintain accurate inventory counts in warehouse management systems
- Organize stock in designated storage areas using FIFO methods
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and per OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
