Responsibilities
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with 99% accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse machinery
- Maintain real-time inventory using WMS systems
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Train new hires on safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on daily goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills

- Valid CA driver's license preferred
