Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize inventory in our warehouse management system
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the facility
- Package and prepare orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Participate in inventory audits to ensure accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system operations
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
