Responsibilities
- Accurately process and ship packages using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic counting and documentation
- Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading procedures
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to supervisors promptly
- Support warehouse cleanliness and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional deliveries)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
