Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with unloading incoming shipments and inspecting goods
- Use warehouse management systems for tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Background check and drug screen required
