Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory systems and conduct regular stock counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with receiving, scanning, and documenting incoming shipments
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
