Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing stock to ensure accurate inventory counts and efficient storage.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment according to company standards and carrier requirements.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before distribution.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to streamline daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the USA and pass a background check.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions quickly.
- Equipment: Basic familiarity with warehouse machinery is a plus.
