Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform inventory counts and data entry in warehouse management systems
- Sort, label, and package products according to specifications
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Reliable transportation to Baymeadows Rd location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous warehouse experience helpful but not required
