Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound and outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory levels in climate-controlled warehouse facilities
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Conduct cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation processes
- Assist with quality control inspections before shipment dispatch
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
