Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise throughout the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport heavy loads to designated storage areas.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Organize inventory on shelves and in storage bins according to established protocols.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and workplace cleanliness standards.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
