Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and verify inventory against manifests
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely delivery to Bay Area clients
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality procedures
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekend and evening shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
