Responsibilities
- Unload, scan, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse zones using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily shipping targets
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
- Minimum 6 months warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
