Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and organize inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and quality control inspections
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Pass background check and drug screening
