Responsibilities
- Sort and organize incoming shipments with barcode scanning systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA standards
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners for 99% accuracy
- Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Reliable transportation to our Mission District facility
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
