Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of a unified technical architecture that integrates next-gen AI models, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Technology Roadmapping: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Synthetic Data) to determine their feasibility and strategic value for the 2026 product suite.
- Lead Innovation Sprints: Spearhead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate cutting-edge features before they hit production.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible data usage in all system designs.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud Native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate high-level business goals into concrete technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Quantum/Edge Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or edge computing architectures is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineering teams to C-suite executives.
