Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 8+ years' experience
- Proven expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Track record of publishing peer-reviewed research on algorithmic fairness or AI safety
- Experience leading ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 tech companies
- Deep understanding of machine learning systems and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts to technical/non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI) or equivalent practical experience
