Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for AI integration leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in developing scalable machine learning models.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business objectives into technical architectures.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, security, and ethics.
- Conduct architectural reviews and drive innovation in AI infrastructure.
- Identify emerging trends in the AI landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects with a focus on future scalability.
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
