- Establish continuous monitoring systems for algorithmic fairness and transparency
- Create ethics training programs for technical teams and leadership

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or technology ethics leadership
- Deep expertise in bias detection techniques for machine learning systems
- Proven track record of developing ethical AI frameworks for commercial products
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Experience with interdisciplinary teams including engineers, policymakers, and ethicists
- Published work on AI ethics or participation in ethics boards
