Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technical vision for the 2026 horizon, aligning it with broader business goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neural Interfaces) with the potential to transform our product lines.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of futurists, engineers, and product strategists to drive execution of the 2026 vision.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical roadmaps to C-level executives and investors to secure buy-in and resources.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic or architectural role.

- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (3-5 years) and translate abstract concepts into actionable technical strategies.
