As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll architect governance frameworks that balance innovation with ethical responsibility. You'll work directly with C-suite executives and engineering leads to embed ethical considerations into product lifecycles, from ideation to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct impact assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI applications
- Design bias mitigation protocols for machine learning pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI implementation
- Establish transparency standards for algorithmic decision-making systems
- Monitor global AI ethics legislation and adapt corporate strategies accordingly
- Author thought leadership publications on AI governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or technology ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research on algorithmic bias or autonomous systems ethics
- Experience with ethical impact assessment methodologies
- Proficiency in ML model auditing tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder engagement
