- Design AI transparency protocols and explainability standards for deployed models
- Establish ethical review boards for all AI initiatives and research projects
- Drive organizational education on responsible AI practices and ethical AI adoption
- Monitor regulatory evolution and advise on compliance strategies for AI governance
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Computer Science, or AI with specialization in ethics
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI governance, or technology policy roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and algorithmic transparency
- Deep understanding of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience designing ethics frameworks for large-scale AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Research background in ethical AI or demonstrated thought leadership in AI ethics
