Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for 2026-era AI workloads
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for large-scale quantum neural networks
- Optimize distributed training pipelines for trillion-parameter models across hybrid computing fabrics
- Create secure-by-design frameworks for federated learning across quantum-encrypted networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing neuromorphic computing solutions for edge-AI deployment
- Establish performance benchmarks and monitoring systems for quantum-accelerated inference
- Architect sustainable computing solutions balancing exascale performance with energy efficiency targets
- Pioneer new approaches to quantum-classical co-design for next-gen generative AI systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of infrastructure architecture experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction algorithms
- Proven track record architecting distributed AI systems processing petabyte-scale datasets
- Deep knowledge of neuromorphic computing hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth, etc.)
- Mastery of container orchestration at exascale (Kubernetes, OpenShift) with quantum-aware configurations
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and hybrid quantum-classical APIs
- Strong background in secure multi-party computation and zero-knowledge proofs for AI
- Published research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, QIP, etc.) or equivalent industry impact
