Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the technical strategy for the next-gen platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core products.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and design teams to translate complex business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural bottlenecks early in the development cycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, and experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and LLM deployment.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
