Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation quantum-enhanced ML algorithms for enterprise applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with 50+ citations per paper
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, Cirq, or similar quantum ML frameworks
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and quantum supremacy applications
- Experience leading multimillion-dollar AI research initiatives with measurable ROI
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and cloud-native ML deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
